This site with the domain ‘https://far-ga.com‘ (the “Website”) is provided by Foot and Ankle Reconstruction Center of Georgia, LLC (also “Foot and Ankle Reconstruction Center of Georgia”) for informational purposes only, with the express condition that Users of the Website are bound by these Terms and Conditions.  Foot and Ankle Reconstruction Center of Georgia has the right to edit these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason.  As a User, you agree to abide by the most updated version of the Terms and Conditions when you view or use the Website.  Foot and Ankle Reconstruction Center of Georgia requests that you review the Terms and Conditions each time you use the Website.  Do not use the Website if you do not agree with all of the Terms and Conditions for Users of the Website.
